Analyst ITS Risk and Compliance

Position Purpose Summary

ITS Risk Management Associate supports all areas of PCA’s IT administration and financial services at the corporate, mill, and plant level. The position assists management with audit support functions, including policy and procedure management, audit evidence support, and reviews.

Principal Accountabilities

• Maintain PCA’s policies and procedures in support of IT Systems’ Internal Control Standards.
• Provide and/or request time-sensitive reports used in the support of audit evidence.
• Perform and support other management initiatives including User Reviews, Management Testing, Disaster Recovery, SOC Reports, and Data Center reviews.
• Strive to strengthen PCA’s business philosophy of meeting needs and exceeding expectations for customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• One to two years previous work experience in IT, audit, risk management, or financial sector.
• Ability to learn technical areas such as Network security, Application security, Change Management, Change Development, Data Center, Service Level Agreements, and SOC reports.
• Proficiency in current Windows Operating Systems, Word, Excel, MS Teams, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational skills to handle numerous details, deadlines, and requests.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals throughout the company.
• Ability to adapt to and work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range for position: $78,400-$98,000.
• Paid Holidays.
• Eligible for benefits within the first 30 days of employment, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life, AD&D, and disability coverages, and the 401k plan with both pre-tax and Roth contribution options and employer provided matching contributions.
