Analyst – Investor Relations and Due Diligence

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with client objectives
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments
• Manage relationships with clients and partners
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes
• Prepare and present investment proposals to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in investment banking, private equity, or real estate
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
