Analyst, Investor Communications

Position Responsibilities

• Executing the Data Management Team specific service level agreements
• Onboarding and maintenance of investor accounts, including the collection and analysis of banking and investor contact information
• Contributing to process improvements and automation with respect to how data is managed in the CRM database
• Supporting bank account reconciliations (e.g., capital call and distribution payments)
• Contributing to critical Investor Communications projects
• Corresponding with other back-office teams on day-to-day and ad-hoc activity
• Consistently meeting team metrics and shifting priorities as needed
• Maintaining a positive culture during times of high volumes
• Strengthening Transfer Agent Quality Assurance (QA) program

  Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a strong plus

  Compensation & Benefits

  For Illinois Only: It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $60,000 - $80,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experiences and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered.
