Analyst II, Quality Control

Join a top-tier global pharma leader in an on-site role based in Norwood, Massachusetts. This contract position offers a fast-paced environment focused on cGMP QC testing and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute QC molecular biology and bioassay methods, including mammalian cell-based potency assays, qPCR, sequencing, and protein analysis.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment and assay issues while performing essential laboratory maintenance and reagent preparation.
• Draft, revise, and review SOPs, protocols, reports, and Quality records (deviations, CAPAs, change controls).
• Ensure full compliance with cGMP documentation, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
• Support audit readiness and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a STEM discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in a cGMP laboratory setting.
• Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture, cell-based and potency assays, ELISA, molecular biology, and protein analysis.

Pay

$30 - 39 per hour
