Analyst I - Sunquest LIS

Job Summary

The Application Analyst I - Sunquest ; Beaker LIS, provides customer and application support for Epic, Sunquest, and other Client Health Lab related applications that support business processes across Client Health acute services. The incumbent acts as a subject matter expert (SME) to provide assistance, guidance, and solutions to application and/or process issues; identifies root causes and proactive solutions. The incumbent partners with other Client Health ITS and vendor support teams to resolve application issues when necessary. The Acute Clinical Application Analyst I provides on-call support as scheduled.

Education

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in the Business Sciences, Health Sciences (Nursing, Medicine, etc.) or in Information Systems.
• Candidates who do not meet this requirement may be considered if they have applicable certifications and requisite work experience.

Experience Required

• 2-3 years’ experience with Sunquest,
• Strong project management and facilitation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, email, intranet, internet, Teams, WebEx, and other applications.

Preferred

• Experience with Sunquest, Epic Beaker software support & implementations with Data Innovation (DI) integration.
• Haemonetics® experience
