Key Performance Measures Alignment with Allison Transmission’s core values of Quality, Customer Focus, Integrity, Innovation, and TeamworkExecution against Marketing, Sales, and Service “High Five” SMART goals Increasing utilization of MSS Intelligence Portal through effective data management and dashboard creationLaunching AI tools to streamline internal data analysisAbility for key MSS members to access key internal and external data sets for data driven decision making Experience 2-5 years’ experience in larger company providing actionable insights in business analytics, KPI definitionFamiliar with data life cycle, working with stakeholders to refine specifications and track changes from project identification to development.Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.Familiarity with AI/ML models, automation solutions, and digital workflows.Strong knowledge of modern data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and automation technologies (RPA, workflow platforms).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, international collaboration and influencing skills.Ability to connect technical solutions to business strategy and measurable impact. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in STEM field or business /analytics.Proven ability to implement business insights and create internal value.Comfort with ambiguity and Agile development processes.
