About the role

The Performance Marketing - Flight Team at Agoda is seeking a skilled and innovative individual to join our dynamic team. This role involves analyzing data, experimenting with pricing strategies, and scaling performance marketing channels to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis: Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Pricing: Develop and test different pricing models to optimize revenue.
• Performance marketing: Expand and optimize performance marketing channels such as metasearch and advertising platforms.
• Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute investment plans for markets and channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a top university in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, science).
• Fluent communication in English.
• Strong numerical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Qualifications

• Exposure to data analysis tools like SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL, Tableau.
• Experience in digital marketing, particularly in the travel sector (flights).
