Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly financial closing activities including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Perform monthly cost and variance analysis.
• Complete assigned financial reporting needs.
• Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
• Support activities related to internal and external audit requirements.
• Perform ad hoc analysis, reporting and project support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Solid interpersonal skills with desire and ability to work in a team/collaborative environment
• Working knowledge of Alteryx and proficiency in Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products
• Good organizational, problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Experience in JD Edwards and Hyperion a plus

Qualifications

Must be comfortable in a distribution environment and have basic experience with financial analysis and reconciliation processes.
