About the Opportunity:The Analyst, Financial Operations (AR) plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial transactions within the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, and cash application functions. This position supports financial data integrity and reporting, collaborating with multiple departments and external partners to maintain proper documentation and alignment with business requirements. The Analyst’s work directly impacts the accuracy of financial operations and the organization''s financial visibility. 3. Responsibilities:• Process daily financial transactions including vendor bills, customer invoices, and payments.• Support reconciliations, account research, accruals, and month-end close activities.• Respond to routine inquiries and resolve discrepancies, escalating as needed.• Contribute to process improvements, team support, training, and special projects. 4. Requirements:• Knowledge of core Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.• Ability to prepare, review, and support vendor bills, customer invoices, and payment records.• Skill in identifying and escalating discrepancies in financial documentation.• Experience with reconciliations, invoice aging reviews, variance analysis, and month-end close support.• Proficiency with ERP, billing, procurement, and financial systems, as well as Excel or similar tools.• Adherence to procedures, internal controls, and maintaining audit-ready documentation.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.• Effective communication and collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders. 5.
