Analyst Financial I

Primary Functions

• Conducting financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to assess business performance and investment opportunities
• Preparing reports, presentations, and projections for senior management or clients
• Evaluating current and historical financial data to determine company value and investment potential
• Studying business, industry, and economic trends to inform strategic planning
• Aiding with budgeting, variance analysis, and financial planning processes
• Performing ad-hoc analyses and providing recommendations for portfolios or individual investments

Qualifications/Training

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3-5 years automated accounting experience
• Advanced MS Excel experience
• Able to handle high volume of transactions
• Month end and year end journal entries
• Prior experience at a manufacturing company is beneficial
• Ability to recognize quality expected and be able to reproduce it
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Must be computer literate and have some working knowledge of a general accounting systems
• Must have the ability to read, write, and perform mathematical computations at a level required for successful job performance
• Must have the ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards
• Must be able to operate and understand the operation of all protective safety equipment in the area
