We are seeking analysts to join our 2027 Equity Analyst Class. As a part of our Analyst Program, you will join our growing real estate platform and get exposure to various asset classes across our clients’ portfolios. Our three-week robust training program provides instruction in financial modeling, fund-level reporting, underwriting debt and equity investments, utilization of CRE software (e.g., Argus, Yardi, etc.) and more. Throughout the program, analysts play an integral role within the asset management team while helping bridge the gap between investment- and fund-level performance. We are looking for dynamic team players with strong integrity and the ability to succeed in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the proactive monitoring and management of a portfolio of equity investments across all property types (office, multifamily, industrial, hotel, retail, storage, corporate and residential)
- Review and analyze business plans, leasing activity and property operating performance
- Act as a liaison between clients, operating partners and leading members of the asset management team
- Develop and maintain detailed asset-level cash flow reforecasting models
- Complete underwriting and due diligence for prospective investments
- Assist with the build-out of an automated dashboard to provide respective analysis for various stakeholders
- Supporting AI initiatives and the development of programs to improve the efficiency and accuracy of workflow
- Perform additional ad-hoc analysis for the asset management team to assist in fundraising
Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree is required with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and Summer 2027
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Travel Requirements
Travel to assets and client sites required on an as-needed basis, approximately 1–2 times per month depending on deal list.

Compensation & Benefits
- El Segundo: Base Salary $100,000, plus discretionary bonus and sign-on bonus
- Dallas: Base Salary $85,000, plus discretionary bonus and sign-on bonus
- Offered salary is based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and qualifications for the role
- Other compensation includes a discretionary bonus and a sign-on bonus
