About the Role
The ERM Analyst will support the Company’s risk management frameworks, focusing on risk appetite, risk assessments, key risk indicators, control testing, and issues management. This role ensures the company appropriately prioritizes, manages, and monitors risk by collaborating with multiple departments and defining risk ownership. A successful candidate will contribute to enhancing and executing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, implementation, and execution of the Company’s risk management frameworks to identify, measure, monitor, and control enterprise-wide risks.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Company’s risk appetite statements and associated frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and build enhanced workflows for RCSA, issues, and reporting as part of Global Risk and Compliance (GRC) uplift efforts.
- Monitor and analyze risks within the Company's business units and report on these risks to internal and external risk committees, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and other relevant documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in risk management, business administration, computer science, engineering, finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in Enterprise or Operational Risk Management, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for data.
- Ability and eagerness to understand existing and emerging technologies at a high level.
- Ability to understand management objectives, risk appetite, tolerances, and the impact of changes to risk profiles.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Collaborative, innovative, resourceful, results-oriented, with sound judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Operational or Enterprise Risk Management.
- Experience in Payments and/or banking-related fields, including Payments or Banking Technology.
- Understanding of the financial regulatory environment for the banking industry and payment systems.
- Experience with system implementations or migrations.
- Experience with Issues Management processes.
- Experience with Agile or Operational Excellence certification.
- RSA Archer or other GRC tool experience.

Work Environment
- Work is generally sedentary and performed in a favorable office environment with standard equipment.
- Employees in this position will report to the office 3 days per week.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Onsite work requirements may change at any time.
