Analyst-Data Intermediate

Scope

Affairs the information capabilities of assigned areas to address gaps and provides data analysis training. Serves as a resource person to all levels of management in reviewing, understanding, and analyzing data for performance improvement initiatives. Develops, maintains, and enhances Power BI dashboards and reports used by clinical and operational stakeholders. Writes and optimizes SQL queries using SQL Server Management Studio to retrieve and transform healthcare data. Performs statistical and regression analysis to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities within urgent care and virtual care data. Supports and enhances existing ETL processes to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable reporting. Conducts ad hoc analysis and reporting in R, with opportunities to leverage or grow into Python as the team expands its capabilities. Partners with team members and internal stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into clear, usable insights.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Clinical and/or healthcare experience preferred.
• Requires knowledge of computer applications such as MS Excel and SQL Server Management Studio.
