Analyst, Data and Analysis
The Digitas Networked Experience Agency is a leading brand serving more than 5,500 employees across 65 offices worldwide. As the Data & Analysis Analyst for Constellation, you will play a crucial role in turning data into actionable insights for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lay the groundwork and contribute to day-to-day reporting needs for client marketing efforts.
- Work on brand campaigns, acquisition campaigns, site optimization, and online testing strategy.
- Keep a pulse on day-to-day performance data, including display media, site, search, email, and social campaigns.
- Create recurring reports and dashboards using various reporting systems and databases.
- Identify nuances in data to optimize clients' business operations.
- Support marketing initiatives across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, primary and secondary research, and performance reporting.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of work experience in a relevant industry.
- Passion for digital marketing, eagerness to learn in a constantly-changing space, and a natural curiosity.
- Familiarity with Excel and/or other data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau (a plus).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Pay and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is USD $55,765.00 - USD $77,070.00 annually. The actual compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant. The application deadline for this job posting is August 1, 2026.
