Analyst, Cost

Job Summary

Assist in the financial analysis and make recommendations for various divisions and business units. Support Guest Contact Center and UPRV through reconciliation of various accounts.

Major Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of UPRV Financial System; process adjustments, perform month end close duties and provide monthly reporting
• Complete routine financial reports to process and pay Travel Agency Commissions and Airline vendor payments
• Research vendor payment issues and makes recommendations for resolution
• Complete miscellaneous billing requests
• Complete month-end close duties, including report review and journal entries in SAP
• Assist with applicable ad-hoc projects and requests
• Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education

Associate degree (AA) is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience

1+ year of Finance experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
