Responsibilities
- Own and coordinate contract lifecycle activities for assigned agreements, including renewals, amendments, product launches, and market price changes; partner with supervisor and stakeholders to align requirements and timelines.
- Serve as a key contact and subject matter expert for assigned agreements and provide timely support for contract implementation, maintenance, analysis, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Research, analyze, and resolve pricing, billing, and contract maintenance related issues for assigned agreements, escalating appropriately when needed.
- Execute a defined audit cadence to proactively manage contract pricing and incentive accuracy.
- Participate in broader Commercial Excellence team and process improvement projects as assigned.
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and refinement of training materials, templates, process documentation, playbooks, standard operating procedures, and other supporting resources.
- Identify procedural gaps and opportunities for process innovation, simplification, efficiency, accuracy, and improved customer experience.
- Demonstrate compliance with internal procedures, processes and controls.
- Work closely with supervisor and team members to develop contract implementation knowledge, system proficiency, business acumen, and analytical capability within assigned areas of responsibility.
- Own ancillary contract team responsibilities, including recurring reporting, dropship and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to evaluate information for accuracy, relevance, completeness, and business impact.
- Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal guidance, meet deadlines, and maintain effectiveness under changing circumstances and priorities.
- Proficiency in Contract Lifecycle Management platform like BAM (Baxter Agreement Management), Model N, or similar.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with reporting/BI tools and enterprise reporting platforms preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate relevant experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in contract administration, contract implementation, pricing, commercial operations, sales operations, business operations, contract maintenance, or a related role.
Pay
The estimated base salary for this position is $64,000 - $88,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
