Analyst, Central Planning, Supply Chain - Remote

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains a single network platform used to streamline short-term workforce, inbound, and outbound planning.
• Collaborates with business partners and DC leadership to understand business needs and translate central plans for execution.
• Assists in the development and implementation of dashboards, reports, and other data visualization tools to help monitor and improve warehouse and supply chain performance.
• Participates in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) reconciliation by analyzing, researching, and communicating operational cost/benefit tradeoffs relating to key business decisions.
• Directly supports the rollout and standup on new buildings, including hands-on training in the new site.
• Operates with a clear bias-to-action to respond to customer needs.
• Communicates findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Analyzes data to identify trends and patterns and inform decision-making.
• Performs and participates in root cause analysis of business problems, identifying and recommending alternative solutions, and develops reports to track key metrics and results.

• Decision making: Direct advisement and recommendation setting for a labor force of 2500+ associates, over $100MM annual payroll impact.
• Travel: Up to 25%

Pay

The anticipated salary range for this position is $69,500 – $104,200 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
