Analyst Category Management

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of HARIBO’s Category strategy across retail channels
• Partner closely with and influence external Broker partners to align on distribution and shelf priorities
• Utilize tools and visual dashboards to streamline team reporting
• Create dashboards and deliver proactive insights using data sources including syndicated data (NIQ / Neilsen IQ and Circana), shopper data (NIQ, Numerator), and customer-specific portal tools
• Generate and maintain reports through Microsoft BI to enable sales partners to deliver necessary business updates with retail partners
• Analyze data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
• Aid in creating PowerPoint decks and presenting category stories and line reviews to major retail clients
• Provide accurate and timely monthly reporting
• Assist in creating compelling category stories and line review presentations for major retail clients
