Description Ember Group Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our growing team. This individual will work across the organization to support strategic initiatives, business operations, client accounts, reporting, and special projects that help Ember continue to grow and scale effectively. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can evolve quickly. This role will partner closely with Ember leadership and teams across the business, while also supporting our client account and engagement teams with research, analysis, reporting, coordination, and other needs that contribute to successful client relationships and delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to gain broad exposure to a growing management consulting firm, develop an understanding of both our business and our clients, and take ownership of meaningful work across a variety of initiatives. Responsibilities Support strategic and operational initiatives across EmberProvide analytical, research, reporting, and coordination support for client accounts and engagement teamsAssist with client account planning, meeting preparation, presentations, follow-ups, and other materialsGather, organize, and analyze data to support business and client-related decisionsDevelop reports, presentations, dashboards, and other materials to communicate key insightsAssist with tracking company performance, key metrics, priorities, client activity, and ongoing initiativesConduct research and analysis to support business planning, client needs, growth opportunities, and special projectsPartner cross-functionally with leadership and teams across the organizationHelp evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and scalabilityCoordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across workstreamsIdentify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and overall business operationsTake ownership of ad hoc projects and evolving priorities as the needs of the business change Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field1–3 years of professional experience preferred; relevant internship experience will also be consideredStrong analytical, research, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop clear, professional materialsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and levels of the organizationProactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and solve problemsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing organization with evolving prioritiesStrong interpersonal skills and a relationship-oriented approachInterest in consulting, client service, and developing an understanding of our clients and their businesses
