Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis of acquisitions and development opportunities via financial modeling in excel which includes analysis of cash flows and sensitivity analysis
• Affiliate with all aspects of acquisitions by performing document control, reading lender documents, and legal contracts, and verifying underwriting among other specialist tasks
• Perform market research and analyze development proposals to support investment decisions as well as the underwriting of acquisition and development opportunities
• Manage and maintain internal metrics and track professional performance
• Prepare presentation materials and proposals
• Actively involved in the management of development projects including feasibility analysis, entitlement processes, financing, design, contractor selection, and construction management (CM)

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements include: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in real estate, finance, economics, or business
• One or more years of related experience in real estate, consulting or in a financial analysis/modeling role
• Strong analytical/quantitative skills
• Strong communication skills
