Analyst/Associate, US Financial Consulting
Richter Consulting, Inc. (“RCI”) is a member of the Richter Group, a full-service business advisory firm founded in 1926. RCI serves US-based leverage lenders, private equity firms, and major banks regarding their portfolio companies and investments. Our clients rely on our expertise in Business Assessment, Cashflow Forecasting, Financial Reorganization/Profitability Improvement, Crisis Management, Transaction Advisory, and Asset-Based Lending Diligence, among other services.
About the role
You will work within a multidisciplinary team of professionals on a variety of stimulating engagements (typically 5-6 weeks). Our deal teams of 3-4 professionals deliver consulting services involving companies in numerous industries (Consumer Products, Pharma, Distribution, Services, Manufacturing, etc.) experiencing challenges arising from over-leverage, liquidity problems, under-performance, macroeconomic events, or other business transitional/operating issues. A hybrid work schedule is available.

Requirements
- 1-5 years of relevant experience (CPA, FP&A, CFA)
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (Alteryx or Power Query/Pivot a plus)
- Strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a changing environment
- Desire to develop new skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and organizational skills
- A positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to work autonomously
