Analyst$120k–$200k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "What is the Opportunity?" and "What will you do?" and "What do you need to succeed?" and "What’s in it for you?" Also includes salary range. Also includes address, work hours, etc. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (maybe from "What is the Opportunity?"), Responsibilities (from "What will you do?"), Requirements/Qualifications (from "What do you need to succeed?"), Benefits (from "What’s in it for you?"), Pay (salary range), Schedule (work hours/week: 40). Also maybe location? Not required as heading. We must not repeat job title. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes many paragraphs about values, talent community etc. Those are boilerplate; we should remove them. Also remove application instructions, etc. We need to include only sections with real specific content. Let's extract: What is the Opportunity? Paragraph: "The Analyst/Associate, Market Risk Governance & Reporting will support the Market Risk team at RBC US across governance, reporting, documentation, and control functions. The role involves assisting with the production of weekly market risk capital reports, drafting and maintaining risk policies and procedures, performing data analysis to support control testing and reconciliation processes, and preparing materials for committee meetings and FRB examinations. The individual will gain broad exposure to market risk capital, regulatory governance, stress testing, and FRB supervisory processes at a major international bank. This is a versatile Market Risk role suited to a candidate seeking to build a strong foundation across reporting, governance, and risk management disciplines." That's substantive. What will you do? Contains bullet-like list with percentages. We need to turn into

    • . Each line: "Support the weekly/monthly market risk reporting and governance process, including data validation, quality checks, break analysis, and production of summary reports for senior management – 25%" etc. We should keep percentages? Probably yes as part of duty description. Keep them. What do you need to succeed? Contains list of qualifications: Bachelor's Degree..., 1–4 years..., Foundational knowledge..., Understanding..., Strong data analysis skills..., Experience with Business Intelligence tools..., Strong written..., Ability to manage..., Autonomous..., etc. We'll turn each into
    • . What’s in it for you? Contains paragraph about values and then list: "A comprehensive Total Rewards Program include competitive compensation and flexible benefits, such as 401(k) program with company-matching contributions, health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and paid-time off. Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities. Ability to make a difference and lasting impact. Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team. Opportunities to do challenging work. Opportunities to build close relationships with clients." Also salary range later. We need Benefits section: list of benefits. The paragraph includes benefits list; we can extract into
      • . Also maybe include other items like "Leaders who support your development..." as benefits? Could be considered benefits but it's more about culture. We'll include as list items. Pay section: salary range: "$120,000-$200,000 (New York) depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC’s discretionary variable compensation program..." We'll include that as

maybe. Schedule: Work hours/week: 40 Employment Type: Full time. So schedule: 40 hours per week, full-time. We also have address etc but not required as heading; we could fold into a short

maybe under "About the role" or separate? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Address maybe minor metadata; we could include a short

after About the role? But we need to preserve ALL substantive information. Address is substantive? Might be considered location info. Could include as a

under About the role or separate section like "Location". But we only have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No Location heading. Could fold location into About the role paragraph. But we must not invent headings. So we can add a

after About the role containing location and maybe work hours? But schedule already separate. Better: Keep About the role as is, then Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. For Requirements we could combine qualifications and skills. The posting includes "What do you need to succeed?" which includes both qualifications and skills. We could split into Requirements and Skills but not required. We'll just make one section "Requirements" with list. Benefits: list from "What’s in it for you?" plus maybe other benefits. Pay: salary range. Schedule: work hours/week. We must not include boilerplate like values, talent community, etc. So we need to strip those. Let's extract Benefits content precisely: From "What’s in it for you?": "We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper. We care about each other, reaching our potential, making a difference to our communities, and achieving success that is mutual. A comprehensive Total Rewards Program include competitive compensation and flexible benefits, such as 401(k) program with company-matching contributions, health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and paid-time off.Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities.Ability to make a difference and lasting impact.Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team.Opportunities to do challenging work.Opportunities to build close relationships with clients. The expected salary range for this particular position is $120,000-$200,000 (New York) depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC’s discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals. RBC’s compensation philosophy and principles recognize the importance of a highly qualified global workforce and plays a critical role in attracting, engaging and retaining talent that: Drives RBC’s high-performance cultureEnables collective achievement of our strategic goalsGenerates sustainable shareholder returns and above market shareholder value" We need to remove the fluffy values sentences (first two sentences) as boilerplate? They are generic corporate values; likely considered boilerplate. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The values statements might be considered boilerplate but they are part of the "What’s in it for you?" section. However they are somewhat generic; but they might be considered part of the posting's content. The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." It doesn't explicitly say to remove motivational fluff. But earlier: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The values statements are not exactly those categories, but could be considered fluff. However they are part of the "What’s in it for you?" which is meant to describe benefits/culture. I'd keep the substantive benefits: Total Rewards Program list, leaders support development, ability to make a difference, work in dynamic team, opportunities to do challenging work, opportunities to build close relationships with clients. The earlier sentences about thriving, caring, etc. are more fluff; but they could be considered part of culture. I'd keep them maybe as a

but they are vague. To be safe, I'd keep the concrete benefits list and maybe a short sentence about leaders support development etc. I'd discard the first two sentences as fluff. Thus Benefits section will have

        • items: - 401(k) program with company-matching contributions - health insurance - dental insurance - vision insurance - life insurance - disability insurance - paid-time off - Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities - Ability to make a difference and lasting impact - Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team - Opportunities to do challenging work - Opportunities to build close relationships with clients We could also include "competitive compensation and flexible benefits" as a phrase but it's covered. Pay section: include salary range and variable compensation note. Schedule: "Work hours/week: 40 Employment Type: Full time". We'll put as

          maybe. Now construct HTML:
