About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and creative Membership & Events Coordinator to join our small but mighty team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about fostering community within the media and advertising industries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day membership operations, including processing new member applications, renewals, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and troubleshooting issues.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing 360’s diverse portfolio of events, including our signature programs (Women’s Leadership, Hatch Awards, CMO Series, Media Innovation Day, Media Auction) and smaller networking gatherings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and membership benefits through email campaigns, social media, and our website.
  • Track event registrations, manage attendee lists, and coordinate logistics such as venue communication, catering, AV, and materials.
  • Support sponsorship fulfillment by ensuring sponsors receive agreed-upon benefits and assisting with on-site activation.
  • Monitor event budgets, process invoices, and assist with financial reporting as needed.
  • Analyze membership and event data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist with special projects, including research, content creation, and administrative tasks to support the broader team.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in membership, events, or a related field (nonprofit, association, or media industry experience a plus).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Neon, or similar).
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a small team setting.
  • Ability to lift and carry event materials (up to 25 lbs) and stand for extended periods during events.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.
