Analyst, 3PL Supply Chain Operations
About the role
Vantive is seeking a dynamic individual to lead day-to-day activities and work on high-priority strategic initiatives in alignment with the business strategy and long-term goals. The ideal candidate will analyze production, inventory control, distribution, cost analysis, finances, and other business and technical problems to formulate and develop new or modified solutions to business issues affecting the 3PL operations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute day-to-day activities, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
- Own assigned tasks and resolve general problems with minimal guidance
- Act as the subject matter expert and train others to use core data tools
- Validate network models, optimize scenarios, and assist in analysis of output to answer complex supply chain questions
- Engage with multiple functions and stakeholders to collect, validate, and prepare data on an annual basis to refresh network optimization models
- Own customer-facing reporting (weekly/monthly service scorecards, OTIF, lead times, exception logs, root cause summaries, improvement roadmaps)
- Review invoices and approve invoices
- Lead continuous improvement projects to develop tools and organization capabilities to support a data-driven supply chain
- Manage program/project requirements, scope, activities, and milestones related to supply chain
- Influence stakeholders to adopt new ideas, projects, and approaches
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations/Supply Chain, Finance, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience working in operations and/or supply chain
- Knowledge of methodologies for quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Intermediate to expert level of MS Excel
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel
- Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
- Strong organizational skills, demonstrated sense of urgency, and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, especially with 3PL partners
- Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and can work with an appreciable amount of latitude
- Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of management and employees within the company
- Ability to work within a team environment
Qualifications
- Nice to have: Lean/six sigma training and certification preferred, APICS certification preferred, fully bilingual - French & English, proficiency in JDE, prior inventory/warehouse management, finance/accounting experience, basic understanding of data import, manipulation, and file/report development, good planning and project management skills

Pay
The estimated base salary for this position is $62,400 - $74,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
