About the Role

This role supports short- and long-term workforce planning through data analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights. The position partners with leaders across the organization to evaluate operational needs, analyze workforce trends, and develop recommendations that support operational and financial objectives. The ideal candidate can translate complex data into meaningful insights, communicate findings effectively to senior leadership, and influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational, financial, and business data from multiple sources to support staffing, capacity, resource planning, and strategic decision-making; identify trends, risks, opportunities, and capacity gaps.
  • Develop forecasts and analytical models to evaluate current and future workforce needs based on business demand, organizational growth, and operational priorities.
  • Translate complex data and analysis into clear, actionable insights and recommendations, and communicate findings to senior leadership through compelling presentations and storytelling.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations using Tableau and other Business Intelligence tools to support strategic and operational planning.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence teams and cross-functional stakeholders to identify reporting and analytical needs, develop effective reporting solutions, and independently address business questions when needed.
  • Support budgeting and financial planning by evaluating staffing requirements, forecasting workforce costs, and providing data-driven resource recommendations.
  • Assess workforce impacts and planning requirements associated with onboarding new business groups, functions, or strategic initiatives, and collaborate with business leaders to align workforce plans with organizational goals.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters, contributing to strategic planning and problem-solving.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience analyzing and interpreting large or complex data sets to drive business decisions, with strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with workforce management, capacity planning, staffing models, or operational forecasting.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate findings effectively through storytelling and executive-level presentations, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Tableau and other reporting, Business Intelligence, or data visualization tools.
  • Strong organizational and project planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in finance, financial analysis, or related functions, with experience applying financial insights to business decisions.
  • Experience partnering with Business Intelligence teams to develop or enhance reporting and analytical solutions.
  • Experience supporting complex workforce, operational, or strategic planning initiatives.

Pay

Colorado Pay Range: $64,053.17 - $96,079.75. Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience).
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
