About the Role

This position involves providing the senior leadership team with timely financial and operational analysis to facilitate sound business decisions. It focuses on strategic planning, budgeting, monthly forecasting, and consolidated financial reporting. Key activities include delivering finance projects for strategic decision-making, identifying financial trends, developing financial models, conducting detailed economic assessments, and performing scenario analysis for financial planning guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide budget, forecast, and variance analysis, offering insights and recommendations to improve financial management.
  • Simplify complex financial information and provide rationale behind reports and analyses for clear communication.
  • Collaborate on special projects, offering financial expertise and analysis to drive project success.
  • Conduct in-depth economic evaluations and business cases to inform strategic financial planning and portfolio decisions.
  • Identify emerging financial trends to integrate into strategic planning and inform decision-making.
  • Partner with internal finance teams to consolidate financial results.
  • Partner with business leaders to deliver on finance projects that support decision-making on strategic growth and operational effectiveness.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent combination of coursework and professional experience).
  • 5–7 years of relevant work experience.

Pay

Colorado Pay Range: $81,557.45 – $122,336.17. Base pay is determined by job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Most sales positions are eligible for commission, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus.
