About the role

Contribute to the company’s strategic decision-making by collecting, processing, analyzing, and interpreting data. Develop reports, metrics, and dashboards that support continuous process improvement, resource optimization, and achievement of organizational results.

Responsibilities

• Develop management reports, dashboards, and performance indicators (KPIs) using Business Intelligence (BI) tools, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Monitor operational, financial, and strategic indicators, identifying trends, improvement opportunities, and risks to support management decisions.
• Automate routines, queries, reports, and processes to increase productivity and reduce operational errors.
• Share knowledge about metrics, analytical tools, methodologies, and data analysis best practices to contribute to team development.
• Support business areas by addressing requests from managers and other departments, providing analyses, studies, projections, and information to aid operational, tactical, and strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in a field compatible with the role’s responsibilities.
• Minimum of one year of experience.
