About the role

Inpatient rounding and call coverage required; approximately 8 patients per shift; about 3 phone consults per 24 hours; EMR system: Epic; ongoing coverage with multiple providers being onboarded; assignment details and time entry handled via online portal; 24‑hour access to a Weatherby Healthcare consultant.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient rounding
• Provide call coverage
• Manage patient load (~8 patients per shift)
• Handle phone consultations (~3 per 24 hours)

Requirements

• Trauma surgery experience
• Chest tube insertion
• Central line insertion
• Experience with Epic EMR
• Endoscopy not required
