Amusements Manager

About the role

The Amusement Manager is a technical expert who ensures all games are in "ideal playing conditions." They provide leadership to Game Technicians and positively impact the business while offering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Game Technician team
• Create a memorable guest experience through a team of skilled technicians
• Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for guests and staff
• Ensure all arcade equipment is maintained and functioning properly
• Adhere to preventative maintenance programs and monitor daily store maintenance
• Strive for 100% game playability and address issues promptly

Requirements

• Ages 21+
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar environment
• Experience diagnosing and fixing arcade games and technical equipment
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays

$57,443 - $67,581 annually
