About the role

The Amusement Manager is a technical expert responsible for keeping arcade and VR games in optimal condition. They provide leadership to the Game Technicians and positively impact the business while offering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Game Technicians
• Create a memorable guest experience
• Hire, train, develop, and retain a skilled team
• Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment
• Ensure arcade equipment is maintained and operational
• Monitor and perform daily store maintenance
• Strive for 100% game playability and fix issues on the fly

Requirements

• Ages 21+
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar environment
• Ability to diagnose and fix arcade games and technical equipment
• Leadership skills to manage a team
• Experience working in a fast-paced, noisy environment
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong business acumen
• Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays
