Amusement Manager

About the role

The Amusement Manager is a technical expert who ensures all games are in "ideal playing conditions." They provide leadership to Game Technicians and positively impact the business while offering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Game Technician team
• Create a memorable guest experience
• Hire, train, develop, and retain a talented team
• Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment
• Ensure arcade equipment is maintained and in proper working order
• Adhere to preventative maintenance programs
• Monitor and perform daily store maintenance
• Strive for 100% game playability and repair games on the fly

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar environment
• Diagnose and fix arcade games and technical equipment
• Lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
• Work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Work weekends, nights, and holidays

Pay

Salary Range: $72,521 - $85,319
