AMS360 Consultant

About the role

Kite Technology is actively expanding its agency consulting service offerings to include Vertafore/AMS360 Consulting and is seeking an enthusiastic professional with excellent communication skills to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage agency consulting engagements to the satisfaction of your client.
• Deliver consulting services with the mindset of a coach. This includes management recommendations, workflow development, system configuration, and end user training.
• Maintain real-time documentation of consulting activities for the purpose of recording progress and ensuring accurate client billing.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of AMS360 and stay up-to-date on insurance agency management trends.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience consulting on AMS360 or working as the AMS360 subject matter expert within an agency of 20 or more users.
• Proficient with general Microsoft applications.
• Experience successfully working both autonomously and collaboratively with a team.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Willingness and experience employing all elements of virtual meeting tools (i.e. cameras, meeting software, self-service appointment setting) to maximize the virtual consulting experience for clients.
• Reliable home internet connection for video meetings and a dedicated workspace.
• Self-motivated and agile in day-to-day work.
• Management/supervisory experience (preferred)
• Active and visible in the NetVU Community (preferred)
• AMS360 Accounting experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

• Base = $80,000-$100,000 annually, based on experience
