AMRAAM® D4/C9 Integration Labs Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL)
About the role
The Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) organization is currently hiring an Integration Labs Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for the AMRAAM® D4 / C9 Program to join our Tucson, AZ location.
Responsibilities
- Lead the IPT in the design, development, and integration of engineering test equipment supporting AIM 120 D4/C9 variant deployment, ensuring technical excellence and cross discipline alignment.
- Serve as the Cost Account Manager for assigned control accounts, overseeing planning, budgeting, performance tracking, and variance management.
- Define and prioritize program level capabilities and backlog in alignment with product vision, strategy, and customer objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate an integrated program roadmap that guides team execution and ensures alignment across engineering, program management, and customer stakeholders.
- Interpret and integrate contractual and customer requirements into IPT planning, decision making, and technical execution.
- Collaborate and coordinate with System Architects, Product Owners, and Cross Product Team Leads to ensure cohesive system integration and consistent progress toward program milestones.
- Support the Product Owner by clarifying capabilities, defining Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and enabling effective prioritization within Agile processes.
- Support Epic definition and contribute to Agile Release Train flow by providing technical inputs and integration perspectives.
- Proactively manage technical debt and program risks, ensuring robust mitigation strategies and maintaining technical health within the IPT.
- Achieve compliance with EVMS requirements, system engineering standards, requirements validation/verification processes, and all quality and safety expectations.
Qualifications
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
- Experience in Program Management or large IPT execution.
- Experience with program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Risk and Opportunity Management along with EVMS certification.
- Experience managing budget and schedule, including the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process, financial performance report generation, Budget Change Requests (BCR) and Basis of Estimate (BOE) generation.
- Active and transferable Secret U.S. government-issued security clearance is required before start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Pay
The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
Schedule
This position requires a security clearance and is 100% on site in Tucson, AZ.
