Endeavor Air is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines. Operating as Delta Connection, Endeavor flies 141 regional jets on 750 daily flights to 122 destinations in the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean. Based in Minneapolis, Minn., Endeavor has hubs in Atlanta, Cincinnati, Detroit, Minneapolis, New York, and Raleigh-Durham, and 11 maintenance bases across its network.

Aviation Maintenance Pathway (AMP) Program

• Designed to educate, engage, and mentor A&P students interested in becoming Endeavor Air technicians.
• Connects students with Endeavor recruiters through recruitment events and online resources.
• No formal commitment or signed agreement required.
• Students receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus upon acceptance and starting a job as an Endeavor Air technician.

Qualifications

• A&P student at one of Endeavor’s partner schools.
• Willingness to share contact information with Endeavor.
