This position helps students understand concepts of entrepreneurship, financial literacy, sustainability, and community responsibility through authentic work. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with classroom teachers to plan and oversee student-led projects such as school-based businesses, product creation, or community service initiatives.Model and support the development of skills related to budgeting, record-keeping, pricing, marketing, and teamwork.Facilitate student reflection on the economic, ethical, and social aspects of their work.Ensure safety and accountability in all student activities and maintain program materials.Support alignment with Montessori and school-wide goals.Maintain safe food handling environmentExperience in food production Qualifications Experience working with adolescents in an educational or youth program setting.Background or interest in entrepreneurship, business education, sustainability, or hands-on learning.Strong organizational and communication skills.Enthusiasm for experiential and student-centered education.
