Ammonia Refrigeration Technician

About the role

Install and repair industrial and commercial refrigerating systems. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all HVAC systems and related equipment including Cooling Towers, Blast Freezers, Chillers, Hydronics/Boilers, Water softeners, rooftop air units, Air Reciculators, Air Compressors, and mechanical devices.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair industrial and commercial refrigerating systems.
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Specifically responsible for the operation and maintenance of anhydrous ammonia systems.
• Examples of equipment include Cooling Towers, Blast Freezers, Chillers, Hydronics/Boilers, Water softeners, rooftop air units, Air Reciculators, Air Compressors, and mechanical devices.

Requirements

• Two years related experience or training.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in HVAC or related field.

Skills

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to operate and maintain refrigeration systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment.

Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage of $32.
• Second Shift (Evening).
• 40 hours per week.

Pay

• $32 + hourly.
