AML / Financial Crime Analyst (Bilingual – English & Spanish)
About the role
Maintains compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and financial crime regulations. Monitors transactions and identifies suspicious activity. Conducts investigations and prepares reports. Supports the company’s reputation by addressing issues promptly.
Responsibilities
- Monitors and analyzes financial transactions to identify potential risks.
- Reviews alerts and performs due diligence on suspicious activities.
- Escalates unusual activity to appropriate departments for further investigation.
- Documents findings and recommendations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement remediation strategies.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish/English (written & verbal).
- 2-3 years of experience with transaction monitoring, AML, and financial crime regulatory knowledge.
- Experience with alert review, investigation, and documentation.
- Ability to escalate unusual activity and report findings effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills.

- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., AML systems).
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.

Schedule
Hybrid schedule with 3 days per week onsite in Miami, FL. Potential for extension or full-time conversion.
