Responsibilities
- Reviews client files for compliance with AML policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements for new WM account openings.
- Works with front office teams to facilitate queries related to compliance.
- Identifies and escalates regulatory compliance risks associated with file reviews to Global AML management.
- Carrries out business-related activities supporting Global AML Compliance guidelines.
- Supports Global AML Management in resolving compliance issues, including responding to Regulatory exam and Audit findings.
- Solves standard problems using existing procedures and analyzes information to make judgments.
Requirements
- Requires Financial Institution Regulatory and Compliance knowledge, including AML, CIP, EDD, and KYC regulatory requirements, and Economic Sanctions laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required to analyze and summarize information.
- Strong written communication skills are required to document work completed and summarize findings.
- Strong organizational skills are required.
