AML Analyst

Responsibilities
- Support with day-to-day Transaction Monitoring initiatives including reviewing, investigating, and reporting suspicious activity to the NCA when necessary.
- Execute monitoring checks on customers, transactions, and other activities to identify potential risks and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Manage issues and alerts arising from transition monitoring tests, including the investigation and resolution of each incident.
- Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate Transaction Monitoring processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for change in Transaction Monitoring processes.
- Develop and implement Transaction Monitoring procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
- Identify industry trends and developments to implement best practices in Transaction Monitoring Services.
- Participate in projects and initiatives to improve Transaction Monitoring efficiency and effectiveness.

Pay
Minimum Salary: $64,000
Maximum Salary: $87,000
Schedule
The role is located in Whippany, NJ and Wilmington, DE. Only the Whippany, NJ location is available.
