About the role

The District seeks dedicated and caring individuals to work one-on-one with a student and/or with multiple students to meet the needs identified in the student’s Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs).

Responsibilities

• Assist students in one or more of the following areas: Academic Assistance, Feeding Assistance, Functional and Daily Living Activities, Mobility Skills, Personal Activities, Behavior Intervention, and Charting.

Requirements

All activities conducted by the Special Education Aide (SEA) are under the direct supervision of the classroom teacher.
