Americas Practice Lead-Engineering

About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation within a regulated financial services environment. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and oversee VPs and Managing Principals
• Monitor and evaluate major projects and operational metrics
• Develop and implement engineering policies and protocols
• Represent EFI in client meetings across various sectors
• Coordinate cross-regional collaboration and task forces
• Act as the main point of contact for complex client and operational issues
• Lead company governance initiatives and internal meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution; advanced degree preferred
• 20 years of relevant experience, with at least 10 years in a management role
• Professional engineer credentials in the designated field required
• Thorough understanding of engineering standards and regulations
• Proven leadership and management skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Pay

$250,000 – $325,000 annually
