Responsibilities
- Lead FP&A processes including annual planning and quarterly forecasting
- Drive strategic initiatives and business transformation across the Leasing organization
- Serve as strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating financial data into actionable recommendations
- Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate opportunities and support strategic decisions
- Manage cross-functional workstreams, ensuring successful implementation of strategic initiatives
- Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team with a focus on analytical excellence
- Drive innovation in financial planning through automation and advanced analytics tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
- 10+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles showcasing strategic impact
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional strategic initiatives in complex organizations
- Expertise in sophisticated financial modeling and strategic analysis for executive decision-making
- Prowess in managing high-performing finance teams in dynamic environments
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication skills to influence senior stakeholders
