Americas HCM & PATTS Director

For a leader in the Information Technology space, we are seeking an Americas HCM & PATTS Director to advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. This role partners with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution, influencing culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Guide overall delivery strategy for HCM and PATTS, ensuring high-quality execution
• Bring advisory mindset to complex client initiatives and manage risks
• Promote disciplined use of standard delivery methodology for consistency
• Partner with cross-functional domains for cohesive program execution
• Maintain strong alignment with AMS for clear expectations and support
• Collaborate with Sales on qualification, solution shaping, and client engagement
• Develop and maintain delivery assets and best-practice frameworks
• Drive continuous improvement and proactive identification of gaps

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex HR or workforce-related implementations
• Strong consulting skills: facilitation, communication, advisory, problem-solving
• Understanding of payroll compliance, labor rules, and scheduling standards
• Demonstrated experience in a strategic advisory environment
• Proven ability to lead and grow multi-disciplinary teams

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
