We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. Primary Location: address line. Job Summary: Provides sign language interpreting... etc. We need to include location maybe in a short

(metadata). Not a heading. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "For any employment questions, please contact HR..." and "Collin College is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract sections: - About the role: could be Job Summary. So

About the role

then

Maintains availability schedule and supports faculty and staff with related resources. Provides support for the ASL Lab and coordination of interpreting students' internship activities.

- Responsibilities: The "Essential Duties & Responsibilities" list. Also "Supplemental Functions". We'll combine into a list under Responsibilities. List items: Provide interpreting /transliterating services and maintain a regular schedule of interpreting/transliterating services for Deaf/Hard of Hearing faculty and staff at Collin College. Accept regular or substitute interpreting assignments for Deaf/Hard of Hearing faculty and staff as necessary. Assist with scheduling and dispatching interpreter assignments Provide supplemental instruction and oversight of student interns Coordinate placement of interpreting interns in the ASL lab, ACCESS, in other areas of the College, and in approved sites aligned with program requirements. Serve as liaison between the College, interns, and interpreter site supervisors to support communication and expectations. Assist with Deaf/Hard of Hearing-related outreach activities and, when possible, with Academic Affairs activities. Provide support and information to ACCESS Center for students requesting services and accommodations. Attend and participate in interpreter-related conferences, meetings, in-service training, and workshops as needed. Collaborate with faculty and staff to align ASL Lab resources with interpreting student needs. Collaborate with ASL lab assistants, faculty and site supervisors on intern supervision and evaluation. Assist with integration of interpreting-focused tools and activities within the lab environment. Provide input on lab scheduling and usage to support student learning. Monitor lab engagement and recommend improvements to support instructional effectiveness. Provide basic coverage when needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with college policies, procedures and Core Values. We need to ensure we don't duplicate lines; there is "Provide basic coverage when needed." appears twice? Actually appears once in essential duties and again maybe later? In the text: after "Provide basic coverage when needed." then "Supplemental Functions Perform other duties as assigned." then "Perform all duties and maintain all standards..." So we keep each unique line. We'll output as
  • each. - Requirements: The posting has "Required Qualifications:" then list of knowledge, skills & abilities, then "Requirements" section with certification details. Also "Required & Preferred Qualifications (if applicable):" includes hourly rates. Also "Compensation Type: Hourly Employment Type: Part time Compensation: $32.64Hourly". Also note about pay differential. We need sections: Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. Qualifications: likely the certifications: "Current Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS), Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services (DHHS), Board for Evaluation of Interpreters (BEI) certification, or current national equivalent certification." Also maybe the part about certification levels and salary grades. Skills: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities list: Knowledge of the Code of Professional Conduct, Knowledge of deaf culture, Knowledge of the proper use of an interpreter, Fluency in spoken English, Interpersonal skills, Customer service skills, Computer and applicable software skills, Strong organizational skills, Self-motivated with a passion for the interpreting profession, Ability to interpret and sign American Sign Language, Ability to maintain confidentiality, Ability to attend workshops on a variety of interpreting topics, Ability to research, apply for, and attend continuing education classes. Benefits: The posting mentions "Part-time Interpreters will receive a 10% pay differential for nights after 5 p.m. and weekends." That's a benefit? Could be considered Pay differential. Also maybe no explicit benefits like health etc. So we might not create Benefits section unless there is real content. The differential is more about pay. Could include in Pay section. Pay: The posting includes salary grades and hourly rates for each interpreter level, plus note about 10% differential. Also "Compensation Type:Hourly Employment Type:Part time Compensation:$32.64Hourly". That seems to be base rate for Interpreter I? Actually they list rates for each level. We'll include Pay section with that info. Schedule: Not explicitly stated besides part-time, maybe schedule not given. No explicit schedule details. So we should not create Schedule section unless there is real content. The posting does not mention schedule specifics. So omit. We also need to include location maybe as a short

before sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. We must not include application instructions (contact HR). Remove that. We must not include legal statements like "Fair Labor Standards Act (exempt/non-exempt) is designated by position." etc. Remove. We must not include "The intent of this job description..." etc. Remove. We must not include "***This is a Security Sensitive position..." etc. Remove. We must not include "Compensation Type:Hourly Employment Type:Part time Compensation:$32.64Hourly" maybe we keep as part of Pay. We need to preserve all substantive information: location, job summary, responsibilities, required qualifications (certifications), knowledge/skills/abilities, pay rates, differential. Let's craft HTML. Structure:

Primary Location: 2800 E. Spring Creek Parkway, Plano, Texas, 75074
