America's Regional Demand Planning Intern

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update monthly and quarterly demand review files across reagents and equipment
• Consolidate data from multiple systems (Excel, SAP/APO, Maestro reports)
• Ensure data accuracy through validation and basic quality checks
• Prepare demand review decks and support files for regional S&OP meetings
• Aid in building pre-read materials and summary reports
• Support analysis of forecast vs actuals (QTD, monthly trends)
• Identify gaps and support preparation of risk & opportunity summaries
• Help maintain KPI dashboards and trackers to improve visibility
• Support lifecycle management (LCM) and master data maintenance in APO (create/update/delete references)
• Monitor impact of lifecycle changes on forecast and supply plans

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program at a recognized institution of higher learning, reaching Sophomore level status or later
• Minimum 3.0 GPA or above
• Spanish or French speaking is not required but considered a plus
• Must be Microsoft Office proficient
• SAP ECC or SAP APO DP knowledge is a plus
• Tableau experience preferred
• An independent thinker

• A quicker learner and able to follow instructions with precision
• High cultural intelligence
• Effective communicator
• Comfortable taking the lead in an international setting
• Time management

Pay and Benefits
