Amenities Attendant- Evenings
About the Role
As an Amenities Attendant, you will maintain a safe and clean recreational area for guests or residents and other amenity or common areas under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor or General Manager. You are expected to understand and support the company’s mission and practice our GREAT values daily: greeting and smiling, showing respect with name recognition and eye contact, exceeding expectations, demonstrating enthusiasm, accountability, and trustworthiness.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet residents, owners, guests, and tenants.
- Check-in residents, owners, guests, and tenants as needed.
- Assist residents with lounge covers, towels, umbrellas, etc.
- Ensure residents comply with Association Rules and Regulations.
- Report any malfunctions immediately to the Supervisor.
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of the area.
- Maintain, arrange, and organize pool furniture and tables.
- Complete daily checklists of groundskeeping items.
- Assist other departments with projects and duties as time allows.
- Respond to emails and phone calls as needed.
- Organize and label all packages in the mailroom.
Work Environment
- Position involves both indoor and outdoor work.
- Moderate noise level.
Physical Demands
- Occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 30 pounds or less.
- Requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Involves long periods of standing, walking, and working outdoors.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a related position.
- Experience at a luxury property, club, or hotel is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and “can-do” attitude.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM. The schedule may change to accommodate business needs.
This is a non-exempt (hourly) position. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.
