About the role

The Pediatric Urgent Care in Naples is seeking an experienced RN to serve as an Ambulatory RN Supervisor. This role provides clinical oversight and leadership for a high-volume pediatric urgent care, ensuring safe, quality patient care and nursing services in a professionally supportive environment. The supervisor directs and coordinates patient care based on established nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Responsibilities include critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to performance improvement initiatives that demonstrate positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and leadership for a high-volume pediatric urgent care team.
• Direct and coordinate patient care based on established nursing practice standards, including the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Ensure consistent nursing standards guide the provision of care and services.
• Exhibit critical thinking and problem-solving in clinical, teaching, research, and leadership roles.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve desired patient outcomes.
• Contribute to quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement techniques.
• Participate in developing and implementing organizational strategies to improve care delivery.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required.
• Previous experience in nursing leadership preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Certification in an appropriate specialty preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement organizational strategies to improve care delivery.

Pay

$34.97 - $45.46 per hour (minimum to midpoint pay rate).

Schedule

Full-time, exempt position. Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
