Ambulatory Infusion Clinic Nurse (RN) | Peoria, IL At LUX Infusion, we are redefining infusion care through compassion, clinical excellence, and meaningful patient connections. We are seeking an experienced Ambulatory Infusion Clinic Nurse (RN) who is passionate about delivering exceptional specialty infusion care and making a positive impact on the lives of patients. This on-site position is based in our Peoria, IL Ambulatory Infusion Clinic (AIC) and may support other care settings as needed. The ideal candidate is a skilled clinician who demonstrates strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach to care. Part-time opportunities are available. Why This Role Matters As an Infusion Nurse, you’ll play a critical role in delivering safe, patient‑centered infusion therapy while helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident during their care. What You’ll Do Insert, monitor, and discontinue IVs, including central line (PICC/port/midline) careAdminister infusion therapies, medications, and blood products as prescribedMonitor patient response, obtain vital signs, and perform assessmentsEducate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and IV carePerform venous phlebotomy as neededComplete accurate clinical documentation and nursing notesCoordinate schedules and communicate with patients, families, providers, and care teamsMaintain compliance with safety, ethical, and regulatory standards What We’re Looking For Active RN license in the state of practiceNursing degree from an accredited programIV certification and experience with central line management2+ years RN experience (home infusion, critical care, ED, or similar preferred)CPR certification and valid driver’s licenseStrong communication, organization, and documentation skillsComfortable working independently and as part of a care teamWillingness to travel locally to support patients Bachelor’s degree, PICC/Port/Midline certification, and multi‑state licensure preferred.
