Ambulatory Care RN

Under the direction of the Clinic Nurse Supervisor and/or Director of Clinic Operations, the Ambulatory Care RN utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide direct patient care in the clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide and assist with wound care
• Care coordination
• Chronic disease management
• Patient education and teaching
• Triage functions as needed
• Various other nursing services and interventions

Requirements

• MN RN Licensure
• BLS Certification
• Associate’s degree in nursing
• Minimum 1 year of clinic experience (LPN or RN)

Qualifications

• Anticoagulation, Diabetic, Wound, and/or Chronic Disease Management Certification (preferred)
• Background knowledge of Registration and/or Patient Access functions (preferred)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
• At least 3 years of clinic experience (LPN or RN) (preferred)
• Continuing education toward BSN or Public Health Certification (preferred)

Pay

$31.00 - $47.00 / Hourly
