About the role
The Guest Services Ambassador must maintain a pleasant attitude at all times, being sociable with every patient, visitor, and staff member who enters the facility. This role helps embody SMRMC's mission, vision, and values under the direct supervision of the director.
Responsibilities
- Engage positively with patients, visitors, and staff
- Demonstrate flexibility, compassion, and self-awareness in problem-solving
- Apply emotional intelligence and a strong working knowledge of all service needs across Guest Services areas
- Utilize basic computer skills and proper phone etiquette
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or the director
